Love Hello Baby!!

I received this model after my old one stopped working on me. Hello baby reached out and sent me an upgraded one since they no longer stocked my old model. The monitor and cameras are fantastic (which I already knew) I’m honestly just really shocked and in love with how responsive and kind the team was for just replacing everything for me. I feel safe knowing I can see both my babies whenever!

Love the system but monitor button broke within a few months

We absolutely love the system, but given the price we were very disappointed that the monitor on/off button broke within a few months of use. Might reconsider buying this brand in the future as the monitor is very difficult to use with that button being finicky.
