This is our 2nd time purchasing a hello baby monitor & camera as we got one for our 1st child and when baby #2 arrived figured we would go with a brand we knew & liked. It was awesome the camera & monitor came already paired, all we had to do was plug in the devices, turn on and we were able to use. Good quality photo & sound. Also helpful features so you can adjust volume or have the monitor be louder when baby starts crying. Battery lasts throughout the day and then we plug in at night. Been happy with both our purchases and for a great price!

As a FTM I loved that the camera pans 310° to capture all corners of space, and tilts 120° to see floor to ceiling, zooms up to 2 times. At the same time, with a signal range of up to 1000ft, you can stream live at home without any problems. Automatic night vision mode with clear images lets you check on your baby at night. The setup is simple, just like plug-and-play. Love all the features it has; 8 soothing lullabies, an alert, a sound level LED indicator, brightness, and volume adjustment, and 2-way talkback, which lets your baby hear the sound of your voice no matter where you are. Hello Baby video monitor is an excellent monitor for this price.

After having this camera and monitor for three years my bottom button broke on the monitor (normal wear & tear). Luckily I contacted customer support and they are helping me resolve the issue. They have been quick in responding and super helpful. I love the quality of the picture, night vision and all extra features it comes with.
