Product Upgrades and Compatibility: Please note that due to recent product upgrades, different versions of the HB6550 monitor and camera may not be compatible with each other. To ensure that we send you the correct camera for your existing monitor, we will need to verify the version and model.

How to Confirm Compatibility: Once your order is placed, we will send a product confirmation email requesting the following information:

1. The Amazon order ID for your original purchase of the monitor, or gifted date.
2. The Serial Number (S/N) located on the back of your monitor.
