I bought this monitor after my older model from hello baby wouldn’t turn on. I have had the monitor since July 17, 2025. I plugged it in every night when I go to bed. I woke up this morning to the monitor off and my 8 month old daughter screaming in her bedroom bc I had no idea she was awake as I was asleep. Now it will only turn on while plugged in and if you unplug it, it shuts right off. So now I can only use my rechargeable, cordless baby monitor with it plugged in?!? Completely unacceptable with a 3 month old baby monitor. I was able to speak to someone at Amazon (where I ordered it) but have not been able to get in touch with anyone at hello baby! No phone number and only an option to email the company and then have to wait days for a response? I would go with a different brand if you are able. Highly disappointed!!!!!

Doesn’t let you switch between cameras without syncing them each time. I wish I had a split screen feature, and both cameras would stay connected at once having double angle of bedroom. You can add up to four cameras, but you have to physically be in the room to push a button on secondary camera for it too connect to the monitor.
