HelloBaby 5" Video Baby Monitor with 2 Cameras HB6550-2

We love our hello baby monitor! It gives us peace of mind while our baby sleeps. The range is exceptional as we use it throughout our three story townhome. We appreciate that it does not require wifi for connectivity. We especially take advantage of the eco mode feature that allows prolonged battery life and only alerts us when there is some sort of noise coming from our baby’s room. It’s great for travel too. The components are easy to pack and set up anywhere we go. We know this will continue to come in handy when we have more children because the monitor is able to connect to multiple cameras. Overall, we highly recommend this product.

I love that this monitor is not on wi-fi and I find the controls intuitive and easy to use. We also love the eco-mode and camera rotation settings. However, there have been a few issues we've had with it since it arrived that have been disappointing. The mount area on one of the cameras was broken. It still attaches but not securely so we have to tape it into place. Additionally, we cannot turn the monitor on while it is connected to the charging cable or the display doesn't work (it will turn on and show some bars of light but no image). If we unplug and power cycle it works most of the time. Neither of these issues have prevented us from using the product and we were too tired at the beginning of our twins' life to return and replace it, but they have kept us from being fully satisfied with the product.

Love this product. This is my second one I have gotten. Only thing is I bought a new monitor with 3 cameras and one of the cameras will not pair to either system I have.

We LOVE this monitor and wish we had it with our first. Would recommend to any first time parent and love the split screen option when you have two. Can keep on one or two screens and it notifies you of any sounds with both. Temperature is accurate and you can go a decent distance from the baby’s room without losing signal. Super bright but can adjust to dim at night, easy set up and easily taken off the wall for travel. Good picture quality and size of screen is good for split screen. Wish it was slightly larger screen but otherwise no complaints and great price

I love the quality of the picture on this baby monitor! I use two cameras simultaneously and both images are clear and the monitor is very easy to operate. Also they have an amazing customer service! I had an issue with the monitor and they were very nice and promptly solved the problem!
