Not Compatible with Older HB6550 Models
This camera is designed for the HelloBaby HB6550 2025 version. It is not compatible with older HB6550 versions (2021/2022/2023) or models HB65, HB50, HB6351, HB32. Extra cameras are shipped only to US addresses.

Dual Camera Setup
Add this camera to your HB6550 baby monitor for a 2-camera setup. You can also expand to 3 or 4 cameras. Scan mode (see manual section 7.6) automatically switches between cameras every 10 seconds for continuous monitoring.

Remote Pan/Tilt/Zoom
Equipped with night vision and a remote thermometer for added functionality. Contact us to ensure compatibility with your monitor.

Important
Only compatible with the HB6550pro 2025 version. This allows you to use 2, 3, or 4 cameras with your HelloBaby monitor.

Product Upgrades & Compatibility: Please be aware that due to recent upgrades, different versions of the HB6550 monitor and camera may not be compatible with each other. To ensure we send you the correct camera that works with your monitor, we need to verify the version and model.

How to Confirm Compatibility: After your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email requesting the following information:

1.The Amazon order ID for your original monitor purchase or the gift date.

2.The serial number (S/N) located on the back of your monitor.

3.A picture showing whether your screen displays an email address or a red X when disconnected (ensure the camera is unplugged).
