Return And Refund Policy

All our products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the original purchase date, under normal use and service, against unexpected minor defects.

 

 We're disappointed if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. We take a lot pride in our products and service! If you are experiencing a problem, please read the information below to determine if your issue is covered under our warranty or learn about our normal return/refund process. We take pride in our customer service and will try our best to make sure our customers are satisfied and have trust in us with their purchases.

 

This Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable and applies only to “HELLOBABY” products or parts. Items below are not covered by our warranty:

 (a)

  • consumable parts, such as batteries;
  • cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches and dents;

 (c) damage caused by use with non-HELLOBABY products;

 (d) damage caused by accident, misuse, unreasonable use, immersion in water, neglect, abuse, battery leakage, or improper installation, improper service, or other external causes;

 (e) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by HELLOBABY in the owner's manual;

 (f) a product or part that has been modified

 (g) defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product; or

 (h) if any HELLOBABY serial number has been removed or defaced.

 

Prior to returning a product for any reason, please notify the HELLOBABY Consumer Services Department, by either selecting our "Contact Us" form under our Home Page or contact us directly at service@HELLOBABY.net.cn.  We will be sure to answer you back in 1 business day, but please be aware during peak season delays may occur.

 

Please keep in mind, when talking to our service representative, we may ask you for picture proof, information about your orders and product information. If HELLOBABY believes that there may be a defect in the materials or workmanship of the product and can confirm the purchase date and location of the product, we will replace the product with a new unit, full or partial refund right away. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining Warranty of the original product. We may ask our customers to send back broken products for our engineers to study.

 

 

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.  HELLOBABY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS.  TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL HELLOBABY BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFIT, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INOPERABILITY OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF HELLOBABY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  IN NO EVENT WILL HELLOBABY’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT.
